PLAY #OrlandoUnited Doubles Charity Open July 30! AND Top Orlando Pros Exhibition!

The Florida Tennis Tour is uniting the tennis community to join in helping and supporting our city and our country. To honor those precious lives that were lost, and also help the ones still with us, we invite you to come play, watch, or sponsor the #OrlandoUnited Tennis Open.  ALL proceeds will go directly to selected victims and families of the Pulse tragedy immediately following the event. The funds will not be going into any foundation or associations. 

There is no entry to play. Each person, or team, can make a donation of any amount to enter. The first 32 teams will be accepted. There will be RAFFLES & PRIZES from our sponsors! For all $40 donations or above per player or contributor, that player will receive one special event shirt. Registration closes on July 28th. In addition,  4 of Orlando's GREATEST players will be donating their time and skill to play a very special challenge match!!  (Yes, these guys played in Wimbledon, US Opens, French Opens and the Australian! )  Winter Park Racquet Club's Robert Kendrick (USA) & Mark Thompson (New Zealand) will take on Jaime Oncins of the Jaime Oncins Academy & Giancarlo Escotto ofEstrada Tennis Academy. Kendrick is a Florida legend who achieved ATP greatness as one of the world's best players achieving a Top 70 ATP rank while his partner Thompson set numerous collegiate records at Rollins College as a 4-Time All American and also achieved a strong ATP ranking. Their respected opponents Oncins reached an incredible ATP rank of #22 in doubles and #34 in singles with 2 ATP Tour wins with famous victories over even the great Boris Becker! His partner the young hotshot "Dominican Express" Escotto played Davis Cup for his country and has been dominating the Florida Tennis Tour at the #1 Rank.
